pip completion undocumented at pip.pypa.io

pip help shows pip completion, but I wonder why it's not documented at pip.pypa.io.
pip help is also undocumented there, but that's hardly problematic.

I'm not familiar with pip complete or Read the Docs, so I can't offer to submit a PR.

Can't forget to update both latest and stable branches.

Thanks for reporting! This seems like an easy enough PR for newer contributor to tackle. @sepehr-rs, after we're done with your most recently opened PR, would you be interested in tackling this one?

The sources for the command reference pages are contained under docs/html/reference. You can copy one of the existing reference pages as a template. There is some additional complexity as we'd want to also add a manpage version, but we can deal with that when we cross that bridge.
