Budget Optimization Issue: Equal Budget or Limiting to extremes ( bounds)

Hi All, I am trying to run the budget Optimization for 8 channels. I am facing below scenarios :

1. When passing bounds as None , then it is allocation equal budgets.
2. When passing bounds as None , and add a utility function, then it gives ~0 for 6 channels.
3. When passing bounds, then for 7 channels it is limiting it to upper limit of bounds. And In this case adding utility function also doesn't change anything other than jac value.

Can anyone help here if they have faced similar issue.

Hey @rkgoyal26 , I was running into similar issues—optimizer returning immediately with uniform allocation after 1 iteration. My X data was on the order of 10^7. When I rescaled each input column to order 10^1 prior to building and fitting the MMM, the optimizer started running correctly.
