Reference for html_theme_options?

I was wondeirng if there's a complete reference listing of all the options available to customise the theme using html_theme_options in conf.py? I couldn't find anything obvious in the docs, but maybe I missed something?

Great idea. Our own docs/conf.py has many/most of the options listed (some are commented out) but having a list (with brief explanations and links to other sections) in our docs would be really useful. Do you have time to open a PR? I or someone else can take over if you can't finish it

the complete list exist and can be found in this file: https://github.com/pydata/pydata-sphinx-theme/blob/main/src/pydata_sphinx_theme/theme/pydata_sphinx_theme/theme.conf under [option].

I don't really know where we could link them in the documentation....

I was imagining a new page, listing each key and a short description of what it does, and (where possible) linking to some other section of our docs where that config key is discussed in more detail.
