Removal of Travis CI Github App

Hello maintainers!

Due to some breaking behaviors over at pydata/bottleneck#471, I've been reconfiguring our org level github apps. It looks to me like no one is using Travis CI, but I don't know if that is completely true. I don't see any repos configured to use TravisCI at the moment so if no one yells at me I'll presume we aren't using it and remove it next week (April 13).

I fully support. Tried to do it for data reader the other day to then see I didn't have permission.

Xarray does not use Travis. Thank you for checking with us :)

We do not use it for PST so it should be ok to be removed. Thanks for checking.

Same here. We are not using TravisCI since long ago.

FWIW, TravisCI has been removed. Please post here if someone finds this and is surprised.
