refactor docs

I think we want to move to mkdocs tabs:

• Getting started - index and contributing sections
• Agents - most of the documentation for pydantic-ai
• Agent Systems - Pydantic Graph documentation etc
• Evals - documentation for Pydantic Evals
• Examples

API Documentation should be nested within the appropriate tab.
