Add Hard Mode PU Nuclear Balancing Recipes To Normal

I just finished the Plutonium balancing loop in Hard Mode (dealing with PU isotopes to make PU 238 for nuclear samples). I have to say, this is one of my favorite puzzles in all of py and I absolutely loved it.

I'm making this discussion because it seems like the balancing recipes are a Hard Mode exclusive, and I think it would be great if they were in normal mode so other people could experience them.

I think they would be a great and SAFE addition, because in normal mode they're entirely optional. You can burn excess isotopes to balance the equation if you dont want to deal with balancing recipes. BUT, you would have the option to do so if you liked.

Maybe I missed something and they already exist in normal, not sure. But this was a fantastic puzzle and I would love for more people to be able to try it.
