How to publish a custom package to the community packages list ?

Hello guys !

Happy to live in a post atom area thanks to the pulsar initiative !
Hope this editor will become as popular as atom again.

not sure if i missed the appropriated thread,
i dev a tiny package (that add a "Open with CMD" option on the context menu of the file explorer ) ,
i dev it because i'm not satisfaied with the current terminal packages.

in general terms,
how to share a package with the community ?
is the process documented anywhere ?
i already have it uploaded on github
