Host on a Chart or Container Registry

Could we move the helm charts to either a github pages, or github container registry as an OCI chart? I think it would be useful to have previous versions of the charts to be able to roll back to and forward to.

Having an option to update to newer version of charts only when its needed, would help in periodic upgrades than the immediate ones.
With recent update of chart version from 0.1.0 to 0.2.0, the deployment tools (like argocd) will complain of 0.1.0 version being unavailable. In such cases, using 0.1.0 version chart is not possible, thus having a controlled deployment of charts is tough.
Adding multiple versions under helm-charts/index.yaml should solve it.
