Add missing parameters to remote create command

There are some parameters missing:

• sync_sources
• sync_udebs
• sync_installer
• gpgkey
• ignore_missing_package_indices

A can confirm that the gpgkey param is missing

I was trying to add the public gpgkey for an ubuntu repository

got the error : Error: No such option: --gpgkey with the pulp-cli client

But in the REST API, gpgkey is a valid parameter
