Improve support to multiple triggers "Manually enabled via Future Actions box" in the same workflow

If you add multiple "Manually enabled via Future Actions box" triggers in the same workflow you will see the workflow only once selecting the "Trigger workflow" action in the future actions box.

This is somehow related to #822. The original suggestion I added there was to have multiple actions. But we should keep the "Trigger workflow" action and list the "Workflow -> Trigger" (maybe with a custom label?) instead of just "Workflow".

This will be useful after we support conditional steps, allowing us to take different paths in the workflow depending on the fired trigger. Or it will enable the reuse of part of the workflow.
