Make it possible to choose Chromium version via command line option

It could be useful if it was possible to override the default Chromium version that's hard coded into BSI via a (new) command line option.

Something like --chromiumversion 98234

Applicable for both QSEoW and QS Cloud

The BSI browser command does this and more.
