Investigate exempting PSU IPs from bot challenge #1447
Description
Since the catalog is heavily used by Penn State faculty, staff, and students, is it possible to whitelist a range of internal PSU IPs so they don't have to bypass the bot challenge? We looked into this briefly, and it was hard to pinpoint what IPs we should whitelist, so this may not be possible.
