The AudioKit has JTAG pins that can be used for debugging. I recommend the following settings: OFF, OFF, OFF, ON, ON

IO13 must be linked to MTCK
IO15 must be linked to MTDO

ESP32 Pin	JTAG
MTDO / GPIO15	TDO
MTCK / GPIO13	TCK
MTDI / GPIO12	TDI
MTMS / GPIO14	TMS
GND	GND
