Generated Class Documentation with Modules

I was quite unhappy about the documentation generated by Doxygen. The list of available classes with their methods was quite valuable but it provided just a list of all classes w/o structure.

So I took the time to classify them into Modules and the result looks quite promising: https://pschatzmann.github.io/arduino-audio-tools/html/modules.html
