Crashes with CDC

I currently recommend to deactivate CDC (either by setting CDC_DEFAULT_ACTIVE to false or by calling usb_audio.setCDCActive(false); until this issue is fixed

I committed the proposed pull request and this was resolving all the issues.
However, I need to rely that this is also fixed in the original repository to move ahead to have this merged
