[ISSUE]: PADEMU does not work properly in Crash Nitro Kart

• I am using either OPL latest stable version, or archived version or OPL beta version

Describe the issue

I can't play Crash Nitro Kart with 3 players using PADEMU.

I don't know if this is actually a problem or if I did something wrong.
(I am using two DS2 and one DS4 connected to the second USB port via cable)

I tried both versions: SLUS_206.49 (NTSC) and SLES_515.11 (PAL).
The results were the same
