OPL v1.1.1 release - cancelled

The v1.1.z branch (branched from v1.1.0) is now live:

Notable fixes:

ps2sdk:

• updated to latest version
• ps2dev/ps2sdk@6ce9fea BDM: fix Removable media not detected

OPL:

• c048a58 Fix PADEMU for SMB/HDD with games that use USBD
• 9a1938b Fix: free 2KiB of unused IOP RAM

If there's no more fixes that we would like to include in the v1.1.1 release we can start testing.

Due to new fixes possibly introduced in this release, making this easy release more work then expected, the release is cancelled.
