OPL under 512kb?

I have a DMS4 SE-Pro mod chip in my PS2, with an iFlashPS2. It allows me to auto-boot from memory any ELF I want. Unfortunately, the largest ELF file you can load into memory is 512kb. Unfortunately, the smallest version of OPL seems to be over twice that size.

Currently I am using ToxicOS (custom version of HDLoader) to load games off the drive. OPL is the new hotness for loading games. I'm wondering if there is a way to build a version of OPL that has many of the "extras" stripped out, to get it to a smaller file size. I wont be needing things like USB/MX4SIO or SMB.
