History fixed

@uyjulian @rickgaiser I force pushed master and main branches for a reason:

• fixed 20 break in the history commit chains, that incorrectly showed Jay-Jay as first committer
• fixed commit authors to point to existing github profiles here https://github.com/ps2homebrew/Open-PS2-Loader/graphs/contributors?selectedMetric=additions

This was been undone since it closed existing PRs and made history merging more complicated for the other forks like mmce gameid etc. If there is a better way to do this (mailmaps anyone?) that would be better.

Old stuff is in master_history_fkd branch of my fork

It was not only mailmap, but also there was 19 root commits that also shows incorrect contributor data.
