Description of the bug
I noticed that when bridging over Gyroid infill on my current print, it chose a very bad direction, making the bridges as long as possible:
You can see the gyroid below shining through going from left to right, the bridge layer goes also from left to right. IMHO rotating the bridge layer 90° would result in shorter "free-hanging" sections of the bridges.
Might be related to #13574, but they seem to have in-model cavities below the bridges, not slicer-generated infill.
