Describe the bug

When I attempt to do an export of all documents including title, URL, document category, author, published date, modified date I get the message "no result found in that range, please reselect and try again!" no matter what criteria I use.

@curtismchale since this comes from a support ticket, if it's faster to just run the report this time, it's fine to do whatever is fastest.

@kevindherman I'm going to have to download this and run it. I think the issue is that the CSV was generated on 1 pod, but then you're trying to download it from another pod. Worked first try once I downloaded the database. Here it is.

• Content type: document
• Fields:
  • Title
  • URL
  • Document category
  • Author
  • Published date
  • Modification date

@curtismchale the last export you provided was a bit funky.

The root URL is for Santa Ana but the path and all other data is from San Rafael.

The first URL goes to page not found: https://www.santa-ana.org/documents/agenda-october-17-2025/

If I copy/paste that URL path to San Rafael is shows a doc: https://www.cityofsanrafael.org/documents/agenda-october-17-2025/

Plus you can see all the authors in the export are San Rafael emails.
