Describe the bug

Services map not pulling map layers and yielding javascript error.

The map was working on Tuesday 3/4/25 @curtismchale so maybe the google maps fix from the SO widgets bundle wasn't so friendly: #2643

@kevindherman it appears there are 2 issues. First, the Watford domain wasn't authorized for the Maps API properly. I've fixed this now and the map sort of shows up.

The second issue we see on Indian Hill, and now on Watford and a few other sites I spot checked is that the map is broken in Angular. This is an Alex thing I believe.

During our meeting today we should talk and see what the best solution is to get this map working again. I think I'd vote for removing the angular piece and using something that is modern and can be updated.

I did roll back the plugin update from #2643 for the SO Widgets plugin to move it back to 1.65.1 as that seems to solve the map issue. Next I'll need to check it out locally and solve the issue so we can update the plugin again.

After testing, this doesn't appear to be an issue now. A guess is that the service center hosting was having issues and it caused the issues here. I'm upgrading it again.
