Bug when removing annotations, parents or relationships, or deleting classes #191

Hi!
I am not 100% this is the correct repo to open an issue for this, sorry if so!
So, I am using WebProtégé to define a taxonomy of classes. The current model is quite big (a lot of classes are defined within it), and I am trying to reorganize it to clarify its roles and relationships.
The bug happens when I am removing annotations, parents, or relationships. After a while, the original removed annotations/parents/relationships are restored. I can download the OWL file and this is correct, i.e., there are none of these removed annotations or parents or other relationships, so I am guessing it is a problem with the frontend.
I tried to clear all caché but it did not work. The history in the WebProtege page shows the last editions to be the removals, but they appear on the frontend again.
It is also very hard to reproduce, as for smaller projects, it didn't happened to me, and I have a video recording of the bug, but it is mainly me deleting some stuff for a class, then waiting quite a while, and then reloading the page. I can share it tho if you think is interesting and provide more info.
