Support references in the literal position for cardinality restrictions

Mapping Master only allows integer literals for cardinality values in cardinality restrictions. 

For example, the expression

    Class: Container
      SubClassOf: @B*(ObjectProperty) max @C*

where ```@C*``` would resolve an integer from a cell is not possible.

Would be a nice addition.
