Seamless Integration of GitHub Projects in the Dashboard

As a user,
I want to seamlessly integrate my GitHub projects into the dashboard,
so that I can manage and monitor my repositories, issues, and pull requests directly from a centralized interface without needing to switch to GitHub.

DEFINITION OF DONE

• User can authenticate with GitHub via OAuth
• User's repositories are listed after authentication
• Repository details (name, description, stars, forks) are displayed
• Issues, pull requests, and commits are visible and filterable
• Users can create, close, and comment on issues from the dashboard
• Data stays updated via recurrent fetching of the data in the background
