When I run ./snmp_exporter I get several errors:

Hi @samuel-olavo ,

are you running with the default config or can you maybe share your config if it differs from the default?
Also which device are you scraping?

I have the same issue, using the apcups block from the default config. The APC MIB file is incredibly large, nearly 100K lines, because it supports a wide variety of different hardware. So I'm guessing the default config works for some models and not others.

I was able to work around it by removing all metrics starting with upsHighPrecBatteryPack.

This seems like a hardware bug, returning 3 indices where the MIB says there are 2. I think the correct fix maybe to patch the MIB like this. I don't know if there is some way to contribute this as a PR? Also discussed in #632.

Still, I think there is some other device bug. On my device, this table returns 22 rows, of which 2 are populated (and slightly different). This device, model SRT5KRMXLT, should only contain 1 battery cartridge, and I don't know what is the difference between a "pack" and a "cartridge".

Yes, this is an old APC MIB / device bug. Someone needs to open a support ticket with APC.
