When running a nessie-demo notebook, connection is lost after short period of time

When using one of the Nessie Binder Demos, after a couple of minutes, it is becoming non-operational.
I am getting this error:

When building it locally, using the procedure described in #271, this problem does not occur.

Hm. This happened to me now, but already when running the first statement - so no inactivity.

running this with the mybinder.org links i had days were this was working fine and days when the kernel died quite quickly as reported by Tomasz.... did not notice a patter yet what this depends on.
for development purposes i would recommend running it locally (see build_run_local_docker.sh)
