cif category em_3d_reconstruction

Hi @wojdyr and others,

We've been running in to cryo em examples that are stored in cif with category
em_3d_reconstruction holding the
refinement resolution high and low. Values we need.

Are you planning on more support for cryo em input?

You can get the value in the following way; do you mean you want it as st.resolution?

>>> doc = gemmi.cif.read("9ggn.cif.gz")
>>> gemmi.cif.as_number(doc.sole_block().find_value("_em_3d_reconstruction.resolution"))

Thank you, I'll look in to using the gemmi cif doc directly

The Structure also returns

        for(std::vector<gemmi::ExperimentInfo>::iterator it=st.meta.experiments.begin();it!=st.meta.experiments.end();++it){
            if(resolution==0.0 && !std::isnan((*it).reflections.resolution_high))resolution=(*it).reflections.resolution_high;
        }

for x-ray cif's and for this cryo em was added to meta but the values are NAN.

So I am trying to find a consistent means of getting the resolution and the right priority from the multiple cif locations and avoid NAN's
