add a survey after copa run finishes. we should discuss what would be the questions, how often to present this to the user and how many times

I can make a Microsoft form for this. Here's my initial thoughts - welcome to all feedback.

Experience is a survey message that pops up at the end of a interactive session. Message can be along the lines of "Tell us what you think about Project Copacetic in a quick survey - this helps our team with data and feedback that we can use to continue maintaining Copacetic for the community." - basically a message to convey that it helps us keep the project running (Pathos!).

As for frequency, I'm thinking the survey option only appears once every 2 weeks, and the user can opt out with a flag or variable change. (open to different frequencies)

For the specific questions, here are some initial thoughts

1. Contact/Company [optional], but highlight it helps us keep Copa running to know our adopters
   1. Branch to "can we add your company to the adopter list on GitHub?"
2. How often do you use Copa? (multiple choice to everyday, once a week, biweekly, monthly, other (custom))
3. How do you run Copa (local CLI vs CI/CD vs registry automation vs cronjob vs other)
4. What did you patch? (Open ended)
5. Any feedback or improvements you want to see? (Open ended)
