If you're using a desktop browser, you can use Ctrl+S or Cmd+S to save the options. |

If I'm working with a whitelist and I want to add multiple domain/URL exceptions one after another the process is a bit cumbersome. Say I want to allow example.com/page69, then I want to download a file from example.com/page69 which opens up a different URL that is blocked. Now I have to go back to the blockset options, add this new site and scroll all the way down to the bottom to save again. Imagine repeating this process for multiple domains with multiple URLs. A save button at the top near the website list would help the process go a lot smoother.
