Yes, it's possible. Create a block set that blocks all sites (or the troublesome ones!) but allows the one you want to work on, e.g.:
Then use the Lockdown option to active that block set for a specified period. |

I use an app on my Android phone called Stay Focused to do similar things as Leechblock, Cold Turkey, and such apps do
But one feature I found only on Stay Focused and another one called Screen Zen app was the "dedicate time block" to unlock a certain app
Basically, I can set an X amount of time I should spend on an app before other apps are unlocked, e.g, 10 min on DuoLingo before Facebook is allowed to be opened.
I was hoping I could lock the whole internet and whitelist only a couple of websites. Once I spend an X amount of time on those websites, the rest of the web would be unlocked (or only another part of it, for another block, if I would like to).
Is it possible to do it with Leechblock?
Most apps, software, and web browser extensions only allow you to set an X amount of time before a certain app/website is blocked, or even a certain schedule of hours when those apps/websites would be blocked. Still, I myself find that being "forced" to spend a certain amount of time on a "good" app works better as a motivation drive rather than locking it within a schedule. Sometimes with a locked schedule, I'll simply procrastinate until the schedule is over. Not having a schedule but rather being forced to "eat the vegetables before dessert" motivates me much more as it brings a sense of reward instead of obligation.
Thanks!
