FR: allow access when clicked from another website

I would like to have the ability to access restricted websites when I click on a link that points to them, but still block typing in the URL.

I don't know how feasibly that would be, but it would be extremely useful. For example I block reddit and facebook, but oftentimes I get useful search results that point to these websites and I would like to access them when I click on a link coming from a search engine (or a friend).

It sounds like it would but I am not quite sure how to use it.

If I block the domain ">perdu.com" then nothing seems to be blocked, regardless of whether I type in the URL or get in from google.

If I try adding a specific google exception, "perdu.com +>google.com" then the block is in place whether I get in from the URL or from google.

Suppose you want to block Reddit and Facebook except when linked from Google. Enter the following...

reddit.com
facebook.com
>google.com

...and select the option "Treat referrers as allow-conditions rather than block-conditions" under Advanced Options.
