Option to start a lockdown on schedule instead of just blocking

I would like to get the option to start a lockdown on the scheduled time instead of just blocking.

This is because I find that the normal block schedule can be bypassed by changing the PC's time. Not sure if this is a bug or no way around it; but I find that a lockdown is not affected by the PC's time, so I'm thinking it can be an option?
