Option to prevent delay page from showing when jumping between sites in the same block set

There's already an option to block only first accessed page of site when using the delay page feature, I think it would be useful to also have the option to block only the first accessed page of all sites in a set as well.
This would streamline the browsing experience when navigating between multiple sites within a set.
