on linkedin networking bot add the ability to skip a response if user has already messaged something manually.

linedly.ai does this i think . it'll send a connection request with a message, but if I manually reply to connection it doesnt' make the follow up message. it would be weird if we started talking and all of a sudden the bot sends you a completely unrelated ad spam message :-)
