Command line operation

It's desirable to decouple the core Blosm code from Blender.

In particular, it should be possible to output the result of OSM processing to a graphic created with the matplotlib Python package.

The initial implementation can draw OSM ways with the matplotlib Python package. It's located in the dev branch.

cd path/to/blender-osm

To see available command line options:

python -m script.command_line -h

To display OSM ways from a OSM file:

python -m script.command_line --highways --osmFilepath path/to/file.osm --setupScript path/to/blender-osm/setup/mpl_base.py

To display OSM ways from an OSM extract defined by its coordinates:

python -m script.command_line --highways --setupScript path/to/blender-osm/setup/mpl_base.py --coords 2.34185,48.87037,2.34856,48.87424 --osmDir path/to/osm/data/directory

The coordinates can be copied and pasted from http://prochitecture.com/blender-osm/extent/
