identify whether statements/paragraphs/sections are descriptive or prescriptive #10

Description

@bhpayne

Example:

  • page 47: "a common mistake is to expect leadership from management."
    This lacks a call to action. What should the reader do with this observation? How to respond?

Descriptive observations can feel resonant but I need to get to prescriptive.

  • Description = an insight or observation
  • Prescription = call to action
