Alpha Release Noetic version of MuSHR!!!

Many people have been asking about our noetic release. We are still working out kinks but as we are a small team we figured we could release a alpha version and get feedback on what is and what isn't working saving us time on delivering a rock solid stack.

What has changed:

• moved all of mushr inside docker to provide portability and reliability across different platforms
• upgrade to support the latest jetpack image
• upgraded the stack to py3 and ROS noetic
• overhauled mushr_rhc to reliably work with and without a global plan
• incorpated a easy to use and reliable global planner

Known issues:

• realsense connecting
• global planner works only on machines with larger ram (not robot). Currently working on a lower memeory implementation
• map does not appear in foxglove if map is really large

Also note this code is not backwards compatible with the current stack.
Here are the three hidden tutorial for starting up with noetic. For each I have made a thread here for feedback. Please do not provide specific feedback on this thread.
