Override theme layouts #69
Description
We would ideally override the provided theme's layouts, etc. rather than editing those files directly.
At some point in the past, I think I figured out that we branched off from zerostaticthemes/hugo-serif-theme@07775f2, although I don't think I finished going through all the actual changes we made.
