Screen recording votes

There is a concern that screen recording votes could subvert and undermine the value proposition of protocols like MACI. The concern is that someone can simply screen record a vote and then sell it with the video as the proof.

A generalised problem statement of this is that out-of-band or extra-protocol threats cannot be fully mitigated by in-protocol cryptographic guarantees.

Is there anything we can do to alleviate these concerns? Such as:

1. Writing something in our docs about it
2. A tweet thread/blog post detailing how being able to rotate your key/vote after voting is a solution that could be used
3. Making it easy to execute a key exchange during a MACI vote and have sleek UI

Context on executing a key change
The keychange itself would allow to invalidate all previous votes (in the current architecture), so we made an SDK function for it, which apps can integrate into their frontend/client.

We could add it to the cli and show from there, or ensure it is included in the aragon demo app as an example of how to use it.
