Ability to add scripts to be called via Webhook

I have been considering writing something similar to use at work for firing automated emails, and the idea that i had was to include a webhook as a trigger too. In this case, once added, a script would get a unique endpoint where you could fire a REST call to the endpoint with parameters and that would trigger the script.
