Why the name?

Hey, we were having friendly banter and wanted to know why the project is named Tiberius (after the Roman ceaser I assume?).

Sorry if this is written somewhere I couldn't find it in the README :)

Unfortunately there isnt really a deep backstory to this,
it was just the first name that came to my mind that sounded somewhat remotely similar to TDS
(the protocols name, Tabular Data Stream - pronounced "tedious" which is what the JS/TS implementation opted for naming).
