Replace hardware_constants.asm with hardware.inc #118
Description
hardware.inc is the GB dev community standard file for hardware-related definitions. The Gen 1 and 2 repos all use it now.
Some constants in audio_constants.asm, gfx_constants.asm, and maybe others should also be replaced with their hardware.inc counterparts.
