make internal port configurable #120
Description
as we move to dockerless
- internal (
uvicornetc) port should be configurable (expose as CLI args) to avoid clashes between services - we should document some conventions for default port(s) and maybe even change the defaults (e.g. chat services use
10xxxby default, and keep incrementing port number by 1 until they find a free port, etc)
