@preactjs/signals v1.3.2 requires preact v10.25.0

Hey, I had an issue where useState stopped working for one developer, but worked for another.

Turns out @preactjs/signals v1.3.2 had some change that breaks state updates unless you use v10.25.0 or later. I'm guessing it's #4560 that fixes it. (I couldn't verify if it was v10.25.1 or v10.25.0 that fixed it.)

Another user opened #4747, which @JoviDeCroock answered here. We've bumped @preact/signals's peer dependency on preact so no one should see any issues in the future.
