Describe the bug
Monster Hunter Wilds crashes on launch when the game is starting up. This is before any of the splash screens or UI is rendered, and before the game window resizes. The game starts in windowed mode on a black screen, thinks for 2-3 seconds, then crashes. This is with only the framework, no mods are installed. I've reinstalled the game entirely, and I've also run a filesystem verification just in case. Windows application logs show that Wilds is crashing while using ucrtbase.dll.

Upload logs and any crash dumps
Log: re2_framework_log.txt
Despite the game crashing, I don't see any crash dumps in the game folder.

Identify the REFramework version
REF Nightly 01166 (26dd8ea), but issue has occurred on all versions of REFramework that I've tested.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the game

Expected behavior
I would like, if possible, for the game to run.

Additional context
The game launches normally without issues if I remove the dinput8.dll file from the game folder.
