RE2 first person mod not working :( (dinput8.dll)

I have recently installed the first person mod on the latest version of it and dragged the dinput8.dll in the directory of re2 however when i run the game the mod menu does not show up, i am also using directx11 as well so i don't know what the problem is. I'm confused
