RE4 Third-Person View, Controllers Not Working

I installed the reframework mod for the Resident Evil 4 remake Steam version to play in VR mode on Oculus Quest 2. When I launch the game, the video streams to the headset, but the third-person view doesn’t work, and the controls from the VR headset's joysticks are unresponsive. What could be the cause, and how can I fix it?
I haven't installed any other mods.
I haven't made any changes to the mod settings.
