Ethical ads placed incorrectly in sidebar

Hello there!

I just noticed that ethical ads on RTD are not placed where I thought they would. I set up my sidebar like this:

links.html is nothing special, just a list of two links.

The ethical ads are inserted between navigation and my links: https://ducer.readthedocs.io/latest

This is really not ideal, as it makes my links look like they are part of the ads.
