ESP32-C3 test integration with the python script #52

Currently we're using the tool esptool.py, provided by esp-idf, to flash the binary to esp32-c3.

Since flashing and output are going through the same serial device, we'll have to flash the binary, then run pyserial.miniterm and reset the chip to get the binary output for now. Obviously it can't be integrated into the python script directly.

The serial port start with different prefix (i.e. /dev/cu.*) on macOS, therefore the usb port auto detection in the python script also need to be changed.

We probably would like to consider using openocd to flash the binary instead. There is openocd-esp32 with esp32 series configuration such as interface/esp_usb_jtag.cfg and board/esp32c3-builtin.cfg which might be worth take a look.
